Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at admin@tattooboutique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return authorization and return address
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us following the provided instructions

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@tattooboutique.co.uk
We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
