Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
How to Return an Item
- Email us at admin@tattooboutique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization and return address
- Ship the item(s) back to us following the provided instructions
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@tattooboutique.co.uk
We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
